Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by 3:00 PM (JST) at least one week (7 days) before the reservation date will be fully refunded. Please note that cancellations made within one week (6 days or less) of the reservation date are not eligible for a refund. Reservation changes must be made at least 7 days before the reservation date. Changes or cancellations made after the specified period are not eligible for a refund, and rescheduling to another date will not be accepted.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled, entry will be denied, and no refund will be provided.

All reservations must be completed through "TourisMuslim." For reservation changes or cancellations, please contact "TourisMuslim" directly. Requests made through other means will not be considered valid unless directly communicated to us.
