Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants in Japan that can fully serve Halal food. "TourisMuslim" is a portal site that provides useful information for Muslims who want to enjoy sightseeing and food culture in Japan but have religious concerns during their stay. We strive to provide accurate information by conducting direct interviews with each restaurant. However, the information may not always be complete.
Please note that "TourisMuslim" and its operator, Goenjin Inc., cannot be held responsible for any religious or other damages incurred by customers due to the information or services listed on this site.

To ensure a secure reservation and provide a satisfying experience for our guests, we require advance payment for the course fees. We kindly ask that you follow the rules and guidelines outlined below.

Please be advised that you may be denied entry if these rules and notices are not followed. Please note that no refunds or changes to a different time or date will be possible in such cases.
We ask your understanding and cooperation.

Advance payment

"TourisMuslim" will check the reservation availability at popular restaurants based on your request. Please note that reservations may not be possible due to reasons such as being fully booked. A reservation can be made if the seat(s) is available.
The number of seats is limited and to prevent overlapping of reservation, we ask you to secure your seat(s) by completing payment for your course(s), service charge and reservation fee (15%) in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed after your online pre-payment is completed. The payment deadline is within 48 hours after sending you the invoice. Your reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received.

Rules for Entering the Restaurant

In Japanese restaurants, it is considered inappropriate to wear strong fragrances such as perfume or cologne, so please refrain from using them. Wearing strong scents like perfume or cologne may not only affect your own dining experience but also negatively impact the experience of other guests.

Dress codes may vary depending on the restaurant, so please check the specific guidelines for each establishment. In general, casual attire such as T-shirts, shorts, sandals, hats, and caps is discouraged.

Please make sure to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically cancelled, and no refunds or rescheduling will be available. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your reservation time to avoid any delays.

Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and bullet trains, we cannot accept reservations for the day of your arrival in Japan on an international flight or for long-distance domestic trips.

If you have any allergies or foods you cannot eat, please be sure to inform us at the time of your reservation. We cannot be held responsible in the event of any issues arising from a failure to disclose this information.

Cancellations made after the specified deadline cannot be accepted for any reason. Refunds or rescheduling will also not be possible. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
