More Information For Muslim
*Please note that the courses offered at this restaurant are not strictly Halal-compliant.
*The kitchen, equipment, utensils, and tableware are not exclusively designated for Muslim use.
*Beef, pork, chicken, and other types of meat may be used in the dishes.
*The dishes may contain alcohol-based seasonings such as sake and mirin, as well as fermented seasonings like miso, soy sauce, and vinegar.
*If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of reservation.
*We may occasionally use wild boar or bacon in our dishes.
*As we do not produce fermented seasonings such as miso, soy sauce, and vinegar in-house, it is difficult to trace their exact ingredients.
*We do not have dedicated utensils, equipment, kitchenware, or dishes for special dietary needs. Instead, we thoroughly clean and use the same items as in our regular courses.
*Since we want guests to enjoy the full experience, including traditional Japanese dishware, we cannot accommodate requests to serve meals in disposable containers.
*Vegan or vegetarian menu options may be available upon request at the time of reservation.
*We will do our best to accommodate requests within our capabilities, depending on the specifics of your needs.
Please note that we do not offer a specific "Halal-certified course." We are also unable to create a menu exclusively using Halal-certified ingredients.
Additionally, we do not have dedicated utensils, kitchenware, or equipment for Halal preparation (all items are cleaned and used as in regular courses).
